Payments

  • Currently we are only accepting payment through credit/debit cards.
  • We accept COD in some special cases but it is rare. Generally we require a good relationship before we do COD.
  • We are working on allowing you to setup an account but it currently isn't set up. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Policy ​

  • We ship the day we have payment. 
  • It is generally 3 to 5 business days for shipping, depending on where you are. We are located in Commerce, California, so for the East Coast, it will be 4-5 days, while on the West Coast, it will be closer to 2-3.
  • We don't fold our bumper covers.

Return Policy

  • We require shops to fill out an RMA form 
  • We require the products returned to us without notification of damages to be returned to us in a resalable condition
  • 30 day return window
  • You must notify us of damages within seven days. (You will be required to provide pictures of the damages)
  • Return label will be provided for non freight items
  • For freight items, we offer a 30-day return policy for any non-damaged products and a 7-day return window for any items that arrive in damaged condition; however, the buyer must pay for the return labels on freight items which are undamaged. Freight items are Hoods, Bumpers, and Fenders generally with some exceptions.

Restocking Fees

  •  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% if the repair facilities return rate of undamaged items that were in full compliance with their order is greater than 25% of all orders placed.
  • We reserve the right to asses a restocking fee should the item be returned without the original packaging. 
  • We will not charge a restocking fee on your first return.
